Phalen Park Arch Bridge
About the Bridge
The Phalen Park Arch Bridge (Br. No. L8560) was constructed in 1910 as a closed-spandrel, reinforced concrete arch bridge. In 1934, it was remodeled with a stone facade as part of the Civil Works Administration projects. In 2012-2013 the bridge had significant repairs made to it, including the addition of precast arch liner panels to strengthen the bridge.
O.N.E. had a major role in the design and detailing of the rehabilitation plans.
