A 90 year old barn in southern Minnesota has been remodeled to restore its character and save the classic structure.  The owner wished to use the building to store collectible tractors and requested assistance in the reinforcing the floor. The building was already under construction, and a quick design solution was necessary to keep the contractor on schedule. The structure was reinforced to support the additional load and to rehabilitate the 90 year old building.
